Emmert Property Management was so easy to work with when we wanted to move back to Brazil. Cindy was always very helpful and up front with us. We stayed at the Landings, and we loved our apartment stay! The are very well kept, and Clint (maintenance manager) was always very quickly available for any issues needed. We then purchased our first home (with emmert realty), and Cindy helped make the transition so easy for us! Thank you!

Lived at the Landings Apartments for 3 years now. They maintain the properties regularly. Snow removal and grass cut often. New paint and clean carpet every time a tenant moved out. Any maintenance issues such as garbage disposal or water heater is attended to quickly. They even change furnace filters every 3 months. Absolutely no complaints here! Just live clean and pay your rent on time and you'll love it here.

I lived at the Landings in Brazil for close to a year, and I couldn't ask for a better apartment experience. The apartments are in a quiet, more remote area close to the park and are VERY well maintained! Management does an EXCELLENT job with maintenance and working with tenants. These apartments are fantastic; I would've stayed longer if I didn't have to move. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice, updated, clean place to live with friendly and professional management.

Me and my family have been with emmert property in Martinsville for 4.5 almost 5 years. They have always treated us great and maintenance has always been here within 24 hours to fix any issue. Then they had new ownership which has been just as great if not better! Very friendly! I appreciate this company and everything they have done for my family. Thank you!

The Landings Court and the management of Emmert Property was very respectful and well kept. Very nice and neat. We had a 3-bedroom apartment and it was very spacious and neat. If you ever needed anything repair wise or locked yourself out of the apartment, the landlords were on it. Great place to live!

We have been at Southgate, since Jan. 2022. We love it here! The people are pretty nice and the apartments are well maintained. Maintenance is quick to respond to repairs. Management is very kind and involved. Lots of fun activities.
